Ochazuke is a Japanese fast food. The UMAMI flavor of the "Heritage of Salmon," a Japan Heritage site, is put into a one bowl. Solted salmon which called "Yamazuke" as main ingredient and you will enjoy Dashi broth made from Rausu sea kelp, salmon fish flacks, dried scallops and Shiitake mashroom. Please enjoy delicious ochazuke while learning about each dashi and its flavor.

Japanese food is on the list of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. The key elements were "dashi" (Japanese soup stock) and "umami. Nemuro Straits area is filled with UMAMI! Let's try tasting and making your own Dashi broth from the gifts of the Nemuro Straits.
If you join the tour with a visit to the Salmon Fishfrakes Factory, you can add freshly shaved Salmon Fish Flakes as toppings, making your chazuke even more special.
